“[The Employee] failed to establish a prima facie case of discrimination or sexual harassment by a co-worker. There is no reasonable cause to believe that sexual harassment occurred. She also did not prove that Silver Star retaliated against her because she filed a sexual harassment complaint.” Montana Law Week 2/28/2009
